Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
If you pick up an order that does not meet your expectations, we will provide a refund (minus a 25% handling/cancellation fee). Please note that this refund will be issued as a cashier's check; we do not offer cash or credit refunds.
Necessary: If you receive a refund, you must return your order. You will only receive a refund if you refuse to accept your order. We do not negotiate partial refunds if you decide to keep the item. Our policy is strictly "take it or leave it."
If you're shipping an order, please place your order by June 9th to ensure on-time delivery. All orders are shipped via Priority Mail and typically take 3 days to deliver.
